WiFiBikes provides a warranty for the replacement of the frame and suspension of WiFiBikes bicycles due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, under the following conditions and limitations:

• Frames have a limited lifetime replacement warranty for the original owner.
• The suspension is covered by a 6-month warranty for the original owner.
• Charges such as labor and transportation are not included.
• This warranty is valid only for online purchases. Proof of purchase from an authorized WiFiBikes website and a validated warranty registration card sent directly to WiFiBikes are required for warranty activation.
• Normal wear, accidents, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, incorrect fit, or poor maintenance by anyone, as well as the use of parts and devices inconsistent with the original intended use of the bicycle as sold, are not covered under this limited warranty.
• The bending of frames, forks, handlebars, seat posts, fenders, chains, chain guards, and rims is excluded from the warranty. Bending signifies misuse or damage inconsistent with the bike’s intended use and is, therefore, not covered under this limited warranty.
• To validate your warranty, your bicycle must be assembled by a WiFiBikes expert. Claims should be processed through the website or via our customer service team.
• This warranty is limited to replacing the defective part without charge, and the company shall not be held liable for consequential or special damages.
• If the bicycle has been used for stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, or similar activities, this warranty is void. Likewise, the bicycle is not designed for use with a motor.
• This warranty supersedes any other warranties. Any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness, is limited to the duration of this express warranty.
• All purchases or after-sales services are exclusively dedicated to the e-commerce website; there are no physical stores or dealers.
• The Ecommerce Assembly Team and Ecommerce Quality Team will oversee the warranty of the WiFiBikes bicycle.
