Return, Exchange, and Warranty
At wifibikes.in, we guarantee your satisfaction.
We maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except for exchanges of spare parts in the case of manufacturing defects.
All returns and exchanges for accessories and parts must be brand new, complete with all original packaging, paperwork, and receipts. Bicycles must be in showroom condition. The original sales invoice must accompany parts and accessories for exchanges and refunds. An exchange or refund will only be processed following an investigation or technical report.
If the product packaging has minor soiling, has been opened, but the product is not defective, unused, and has no visible scratches or marks, a restocking and servicing fee of 15 percent will be deducted from the exchange or refund amount. An exchange or refund will not be possible if the packaging is incomplete or the product is damaged or scratched.
The product must be returned with all original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration cards, complimentary or bundle items, and promotional vouchers.
Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once they have been carried out.
Items that have been specially ordered are not eligible for a refund.
Our Customer Service Department adheres to the policies mentioned above, and their decisions regarding returns and refunds will be considered final.
Labor fees are non-refundable
Warranty Returns: We regret that your product is defective. We will be pleased to process your warranty for products purchased at our locations. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the manufacturer.
